How rent is calculated

• Rent is charged weekly in advance. The first week and the deposit are paid before collection.
• Each following weekly invoice is due on the same weekday as the start date (Monday), first on 26/10/2026.
• Minimum commitment: 2 weeks. Notice period: 7 days.
• Partial weeks: charged pro rata per day (weekly rent ÷ 7).
• Early return: rent is charged to the end of the notice period.
• Unlimited mileage.
• The deposit is held separately from rent and is not used for rent unless agreed. Deductions need evidence and manager approval.

Applying does not reserve the car. After approval we place a temporary hold and send you the payment and agreement.
